The Women's Cell at Magadh Professional Institute is a statutory body constituted in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all women ” students, faculty, and staff ” on campus.
The cell functions as the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and actively conducts awareness programs, workshops, and sensitization campaigns to foster a culture of gender equality and dignity on campus.

Annual Anti-Ragging Pledge ” All Students & Staff
The Anti-Ragging Cell supports awareness, prevention, and reporting in line with the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. Students may report concerns through the institute's published contact channels or the national anti-ragging helpline.
Ragging in any form ” physical, mental, verbal, cyber ” is a punishable offence. Defaulters face immediate suspension, expulsion, and legal action. Students are encouraged to report any incident without fear.
