The Women's Cell at Magadh Professional Institute is a statutory body constituted in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all women — students, faculty, and staff — on campus.
The cell functions as the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and actively conducts awareness programs, workshops, and sensitization campaigns to foster a culture of gender equality and dignity on campus.

Annual Anti-Ragging Pledge — All Students & Staff
The Anti-Ragging Cell at MPI is constituted as per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. The college has a strict zero-tolerance policy against ragging in any form. CCTV surveillance, regular patrolling, and a dedicated helpline ensure student safety at all times.
Ragging in any form — physical, mental, verbal, cyber — is a punishable offence. Defaulters face immediate suspension, expulsion, and legal action. Students are encouraged to report any incident without fear.
