The Complaints Redressal Cell (CRC) serves as the official institutional body to receive, investigate, and resolve grievances in a timely and impartial manner.

We believe that every concern — whether academic, administrative, or interpersonal — deserves careful attention. The CRC operates under strict principles of confidentiality and natural justice, ensuring no complainant faces any form of retaliation.

Complaint Resolution Process

A simple, structured four-step process ensures every grievance reaches the right authority and is resolved fairly.

Submit Complaint

Fill the online complaint form below or visit the CRC office. Attach supporting documents if applicable. You will receive a unique Complaint ID.

Acknowledgement & Review

The CRC acknowledges your complaint within 48 hours and assigns it to the relevant nodal officer or sub-committee for initial review.

Investigation & Hearing

A fact-finding inquiry is conducted. Both parties are given an opportunity to present their case. The process is strictly confidential.

Resolution & Closure

A decision is communicated within 21 working days. If unsatisfied, you may appeal to the Principal or the Internal Complaints Committee.

Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH Act)

Handles complaints related to sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and hostile work/study environments, in compliance with the POSH Act 2013.
